Imagine you and your team work for a travel agency. Using Ecology p. 59-66, and research materials:
Choose a biome to research and make a travel webpage or PowerPoint describing it. Each member of your team will become an expert in a particular aspect of the biome.
Team Roles:
Botanist – the expert in the plant life of the area (minimum 3 types)
Zoologist - the expert in the animal life of the area (3 types)
Meteorologist - weather expert, will explain seasonal weather, the best time of year to vacation in your biome and what kinds of clothes to bring
Geographer - map expert: showing landmarks, major cities and places a tourist should visit, or activities related to your biome (climbing, scuba..etc)
Each expert is responsible for their own research and page on your travel website. Each expert page must include topic facts, images and a paragraph persuading travelers to go to your biome.
